Standard Application Guide
Surface Prep: Clean the device camera module frame and filter glass thoroughly to remove dust, oily fingerprint films, or older glue residues.
Glue Dispensing: Apply a thin, consistent micro-bead of C91-UV glue strictly onto the edges of the FPC lens or filter frame.
Hardware Positioning: Align the target lens component carefully onto the device’s camera assembly and apply soft, steady physical pressure.
UV Curing: Hold the components in position and illuminate the adhesive using a standard UV curing lamp or flashlight for roughly 10 seconds to a minute until it sets firmly.
Clean Up: Carefully wipe away or scrape off any uncured overflow adhesive around the outer edges.
