Lanrui V9 Short Detection Spray for quickly locating short-circuit and leakage points in electronic components
How the V9 SPRAY works
The V9 SPRAY works on the principle of thermal imaging. When a technician is troubleshooting a short circuit, they spray the V9 over the board, causing it to frost up. They then apply power to the board and observe which area melts the frost first, as that is the location of the short circuit.
Key features
Residue-free: Leaves no residue after use, which is crucial for protecting sensitive electronic components.
Non-flammable: A safer alternative to flammable freeze sprays commonly used in electronics repair.
Fast cooling action: Rapidly super-chills isolated areas on a circuit board.
High diagnostic accuracy: Can quickly and precisely pinpoint fault locations, saving valuable time during the repair process.
Wide application: Useful for diagnosing a variety of issues, including:
Intermittently faulty capacitors, resistors, and semiconductors.
Cold solder joints.
Hairline cracks in PCB traces.
Overheating components that shut down the device.
