The Aixun UP100 is noted for being zero halogen and lead-free. It is a no-clean formula, offering high activity, wettability, and anti-oxidation properties. The flux produces low smoke and odor. Its applications include mobile phone PCB repair, BGA chip ball welding, CPU rework, LED lighting rework, and SMT maintenance. The packaging uses PVDC high barrier material designed to resist oxygen and humidity, and includes a 1mm anti-blocking needle.
