The LIULON LL-2024 is designed for efficiency in professional phone refurbishing and repair centers.

  • 3-in-1 Functionality: It combines a screen separator, a bubble remover, and an internal air compressor in one chassis, saving valuable workspace.

  • Screen Separation: The heated aluminum plate (which uses PTC-imported heating pads for fast and uniform heating) is used to soften the adhesive between the phone's frame and the screen assembly, allowing technicians to separate them safely.

  • Bubble Removal: After a new screen or OCA (Optically Clear Adhesive) is applied, the built-in high-pressure bubble remover chamber eliminates air bubbles to ensure a smooth, professional finish.

  • Built-in Air Compressor and Vacuum Pump: It features both an internal air compressor for pressure regulation in the defoaming machine and a built-in vacuum pump for strong adsorption of the phone screen on the separator plate.

  • Safety and Control: It includes safety features such as a buzzer alarm if the separator temperature exceeds 150°C and a sensing cabin door that must be properly closed for the defoaming function to activate.

  • Compatibility: The screen-splitting platform can accommodate phones and screens up to 8 inches in size, with a defoaming cabin size of 185 x 90 x 40mm.
